General Sports info

Dakota Hills Middle School offers a variety of sports for 7th and 8th grade with 6th grade opportunities of cross-country and wrestling.

Each sport is $110, payable in MyPaymentsPlus (login to right).  Your child must have a sports physical on file with the school nurse in order to register in MyPaymentsPlus and participate in the sport.

Sports will consist of fundamentals, skills, drills, and intra-squad scrimmage (no actual “game” events, no competition with other schools). For more information about practices, sign-up and coach information, select your sport below.

High School Opportunities

Seventh- and eighth grade students are also eligible to participate in the following high school programs for student-athletes in grades seven through twelve. If you are interested, please contact Eastview High School or Eagan High School.

  • Girls Fastpitch Softball (Spring)

Eastview (EVAA) and Eagan (EAA) Athletic Associations also offer in-house and traveling athletic opportunities in sports, such as football, baseball and lacrosse, which are not offered through the District 196 middle schools.
