About the Program
Who: 7th and 8th Boys (both experienced and non-experienced are welcome)
T-Shirts: Complete this form by September 12. T-SHirt Order Form
Season: Season: Sept. 8th - Last Week of October.
Practice: 3:20-4:40 PM.
- We practice every school day. The only exception is due to weather and if we don't have access to indoor facilities. Please bring shin guards, cleats, and a water to every practice (including the first day).
- We practice and play our home games at the soccer fields at Northview Elementary. If picking up your student from practice, feel free to pick them up from Northview Elementary rather than DHMS.
Games: Games will start about two weeks after the season begins. Schedules will be passed out as the district completes it.
Signup: Each sport is $110, payable in Edutrak
Sports Physical Required: A sports physical must be on file before you can register on MyPaymentsPlus. Completed physicals which have been signed by a physician can be dropped off at the school nurse's office.

Home Game Update-
Parking at Northview Elementary
If you are arriving before 4:00 pm park in the main lot ONLY. All traffic must flow through the round about when entering the parking lot
If you are arriving after 4:00 pm you can park in the bus loop or the main lot.
Please be patient and respectful of the elementary school dismissal time from 3:40 – 4:00 pm daily.
Away Game Update-Parents must sign their athletes out if they plan to take them home directly from the away game field. Busses arrive back at DHMS around 5:00 PM for player pick up.

Schools & LOCATIONS: RMS → Rosemount Middle School (RMS-Bus Loop) FRMS → Falcon Ridge Middle School (FRMS-Lower Level Bus Loop) VMSS → Valley Middle School (VMS-North Door) SHMS → Scott Highlands Middle School (SHMS-Bus Loop) DHMS → Dakota Hills Middle School (Northview Elementary School) BHMS → Black Hawk Middle School (BHMS-Upper Parking Lot, Door 13) For any student to leave an away soccer game with an adult, rather than taking the bus back to DHMS, the coach must have a signed release of liability form for that student. One form can be completed at the beginning of the season and given to coach.
