iPad Repair Process

Bummer! Your iPad isn't working?

It is best to diagnose the issue in-person at DHMS. Please bring your iPad down to the Tech Office near the library. If this isn't possible, email alexander.wohlwend@district196.org to arrange for drop-off/pick-up.

Thank you for your patience during this process.

Important Notes about iPad Damages:

• Intentional damage to an iPad is not covered (including 1st incident)

• Lost iPads are not covered and must be fully replaced by the family (estimated at $344)

• Power cords/bricks are not covered under this plan as any replacements for those will be the responsibility of the family
